Why should I repeat to myself all the mean and stupid
 things said to me over the years?(Thanks to whoever said this to someone else, it isn’t new but I guess I needed to hear it  )It’s time to STOP this self abuse.. PS Fuzzy bear is top notch  (Btw I don’t “suffer” from NPD )

this is tough...just a thought....maybe we say mean things to self because we don't or cant say mean things about/to other people or about life...or to our significant others
sometimes we look at us as sick...the world out there is sicker...it is ugly..it is terrible.. not nice...not kind Last edited by little turtle; May 03, 2018 at 08:25 AM. |

on second thought.....I am on the fuzzy bus...maybe we are what we are...it is what it is...and maybe we don't have to fight with ourselves over some of this crap...
I am thinking about today...how can I be kind to myself in a little way... not hurt myself...kind to myself...some act of kindness...my problem is that I want to FIX ME....and I am getting tired of that..i am a broken down doctor...and that is going to be ok now...screw this trying to figure things out... |
