How do you get past this constant feeling?
I don't hate who I am, I mean, I'm a decent person who does good for others. I know I have some nice qualities but I still feel like in almost every area of life, I'm not good enough I always feel a day late and a dollar short to everything. It doesn't matter if people say "You are" because I just see it as being nice, It does not help me believe it at all. History has basically kept showing me I am not good enough. I'm not meant to be happy I'm tired of feeling this but it always comes up. Help |
