I am just curious if any of you have any websites that you have found useful in coping with your depression. I've been very depressed lately and am kind of on a mission to collect useful coping strategies.

This week I found:

http://www.blurtitout.org

https://www.youtube.com/user/healingdepression

If you have any more, please feel free to share. And best wishes for moments of joy today, even if they are small ones.
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

I'm not a member of this website. However, here's a link to a depression website sponsored by PsychCentral:

Project Hope & Beyond

One other resource that may be of interest is Douglas Bloch's YouTube channel & website. Here are links to each:

Made by programmers, but has a lot of information about many subjects on depression. Example it may help you understand your rights at the work place.
