Desiree, you may need to see a general doctor. That feeling of paralysis can be sleep apnea and some of your panic attacks could be asthma. I hope things get more manageable real soon.

Thanks Candy! I m on antihistamines and it's true that I have breathing problems. I'll see what I can do....here the health system is so messed up...I wish I was in USA or Europe....
