I obviously don't want to get better. I say I can never trust a Dr and will not go back yet I plan on going to the Dr today because I hurt my back. I can't explain why it's different other than it is.

In some respects it's very different: there are real tangible ways to reduce back pain. Reducing your physical pain could possibly help your depression.

Not wanting to get better? No, that's not what this means. You don't run the risk of possibly being held against your will for back pain. Doctors have broken your trust and they shattered it later. You can't help that, my friend, as much as you may want to.
