Hey guys small rant. Here I'm minding my business at work, everything going OK but when I open my phone besides family members I got none to talk to. It got to be a oxymoron becouse sometimes I feel the best alone, but my ****ed up doesn't leave me alone. And here I'm getting sad. For christ sake! I hope I don't get a episode, I'll just try to relax and do my work. Any one relates?

Loneliness
Is being alone and sad. Being alone as you seem to suggest is fine because you are not sad. If you are sad remembering the times you were happy gives you another option.

Great advice! I never even consider that a possibility!
