Big hug davidlrf.
I am feeling sad too today. Trying not to give in to the depression but it is definitely starting to gobble me up. Life can be hard but your amongst people who care and understand here.

I am feeling like I have lost a bit of control. My thoughts are running away from me and I am just looking forward to when I can sleep.

I m better than the past 2-3days. Hopefully I'll be able to go out, clean my room and exercise today. Hugs to all.
