Struggled with anxiety and depression for past few years..
Have had times were it has been manageable .. Feel like I’m struggling again, mornings especially I’m so low this morning, I thought it may help me to write it down. I feel afraid.. It’s exhausting..I have people in my life but for one reason or another they not really on hand ....and I don’t have the energy to interact with them...they don’t understand the complexity of it all and I don’t expect them to... Feeling so tearful... |

You are not alone Red daisy. I feel completely on edge too. It is hard talking with other people because it leaves me feeling like I am transferring my negative energy onto them.

I don’t have any good answers. I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I agree that I tend to pull away from people at times like this because my negativity ends up damaging my relationships.

It's sunny outside but so far I've not been able to get my act together and get out today - will try this afternoon to push myself
Maybe us UK people should get together for non virtual support? |

You are not alone. It’s worst for me in the morning too without a doubt. Do you get anxiety too?
Then it slowly gets better for me during the day.

It's worse in the morning for me too. I spend the day counselling myself and sleep justs brings it all back.

Yes hard to get moving when you wake like this...
I try really hard as I don’t wish to take too many steps backwards.. Some days I beat it..it’s an ongoing project |

I have a few walk buddies for Saturday mornings but that was more a physical health thing. But I keep thinking it would be great to start a mental health walkers group that works on an ad hoc basis - if someone feels they need a walking companion call the group up and see if anyone is available
