Why is it that some of the kindest, most generous, most consistently supportive, “wisest” people in this ****ed up planet suffer the most.
  Please send positive vibes to two of my “best friends” who are “coping” with scary physical stuff on top of mental health issues. Thank you.  Having been abused by those who were self absorbed in childhood... (self absorbed at best) I can recognise those who aren’t as the parental units were. (Also I think anger can be a “normal” emotion in some situations. There is too much pain in this world )

I was so angry that I stopped eating. Finally I couldn't tolerate being too hungry so had to eat.
