It takes too much energy to care. Not caring is actually kind of freeing .I've struggled and fought for what we needed and worried to the point of panic so many times. I'm burnt out. Now I feel that life is just spinning around me and I have nothing at all to do with it. Maybe I'm a ghost.

Not caring kind of releases you from the expectations and takes away that seemingly endless pressure. That is how it feels for me when I get burned out like that and need to regroup.
