I feel that I could shatter very easily. I felt wrung out after T today. I screwed up my P doc appointment. Not a good day.

How'd you mess up?
My t usually leaves me exhausted. I'm always nervous going to see him, which is tomorrow and thinking about it right now gave me a little vomit in my mouth |

Sorry you are feeling fragile and wrung out. T appointments can be difficult. I know sometimes I just have to come home and climb under the covers and block everything out for a while. Can you do something nice for yourself? Take care okay

Any time I feel slighted in any way, I get sui. I remember times in the past when
Trigger Code:
it's amazing I didn't die from the neglect of parents and the T I had at the time. I screwed up the trigger code again......

I found out for sure just how hated I was from the birth family. they're dead now except for a sibling. They've been trying to financially screw me over. the lies and deceit are breaking me. I've been accused of horrible things; I can't fight the lies any more.
 All I wanted was to be accepted.
