Depression sucks big time!!

Depression sucks big time!! Don't you agree? Little things can trigger your depression when you least expect it. Just like today, I was just bring my niece home and a simple billboard brought all my negative feelings, all my bad feelings, and I was on the verge of tears but then I didn't want to cry, especially in front of my nieces. I came here in hopes of talking with someone, but then I was in chat, and I couldn't even stay because I feel that what I feel is completely useless or unworthy compared to what others are feeling, so why bother. I still think people would be better off without me, so maybe I should just be gone. Sorry for bothering you, whomever reads this post.

Yes Depression sucks big time. The triggers are what prevent us from recovering.

You are worthy jollybutdepressed, you can't feel it because of your health. I hate too that just when you need things to go well, you end up messing up and feeling useless.
