Hi again.
I finally decided to write a letter to my late mom. I feel better after writing this. She did bad things to me! I’m seeking help! Mom I hate you!! I don’t know how I could forgive you or forget what happened during my upbringing or adulthood!! I would never treat other people or my children like that.. If you had seen the way my other friends’ parents raised their kids they knew what they were doing.. I spit on your grave and am glad I pulled the plug on you to put you and everyone else out of their misery! I’m glad I stole from you sometimes!! You left me waiting after school for 45 minutes where I could have been kidnapped or beaten up!! You ran a double standard in my dads house that he bought! You made us wait while you wanted things done right away! You expected things your way and when never done correctly you got angry at me and that made me cry! You never yelled at dad but at me!! You yelled at yourself in the bathroom and made me wait to go to school which made me late like everything else.. I’m very angry!!! Dad was able to get away from you from the divorce which I credit him for doing! He had the courage to do that!! You expected me to call you once a week and if you never got the call on time you would harass me several times on the phone! I have a life!!!! Before I fail, I need to mention that you tried to suffocate me with a pillow or your hands several times!! Well, I should have called the police on you for that!! I spared you there...Well…. you failed!! I’m going to be a better person than you by getting my nursing license and treating me and my wife’s children with respect… I will treat my wife better too… I’m sorry you were raped and assaulted by your father but it has no reason to take it out on me. Sure my dad was harsh on me and smacked me up for not getting my academics right but he tried to push me to be my best.. I credit him for that part and forgive him smacking me up! Parenting 101: Raise your children with respect. Teach your children to grow up and live! Teach them to be successful in life and push them. I’m feeling better now that I wrote this out! I’m glad you’re gone! Thank you for allowing me to write this out! Thanks for listening |

Good on you Clarinets21. So saddening that your mom mistreated you that way, so unfair. But I'm happy you've let it out and shared it here. You're right, children deserve to be raised the proper way, given love. Big hugs to you.
