So, I was writing this post about how I was feeling kind of down today and with each word I realized I was fishing for sympathy. Hey, we all need some, right? But I also despise when I feel all needy. So here's my sarcastic solution to my own angst.
Below is a pre typed message of support complete with the parentheses thing that makes it look like I come in (((stereo))). Please copy and past this into a response and then feel free to ignore me. We save lots of time this way and I still get the reassurance I apparently so desperately need. Message: Cyran0, you are a really swell guy. Gee, we like ya lots. We hope you get over yourself soon. (((Cyran0))). lol. There, that should do it. Cyran0

I chuckled too. But you know what babe, I've been to therapy today and my t says it's ok to want sympathy and attention, it's what's called 'taking care of ourselves'. so here are lots of hugs just for you, cos I think you ARE a great, intelligent, caring, beautiful person - and you'd better believe aunty Jin or else!!!!! OK??? oh and by the way - I've nominated you captain of PC Enterprise. that's if you want the job of course...... Love Jin xxxxx

 I've been here, I just haven't had time to go into chat. Forums I can sort of hit for a couple minutes and then run away. Chat seems to eat at least an hour every time I go in there. I do love it though so I'll be back. Cyran0

Careful, I think I see an anomaly ahead (my husband made fun of how the Voyager shows all seemed to end up with anomalies of various sizes and colors as the problem each week :-)
