I stole part of this from someone else, my apologies. Being this lost .... wanting to “give up” but not being “allowed to”

And not even being “allowed” to say how I’m feeling (in real life)

Toxic people don’t need to see my light

(But where to “move on” to... I’ve got nowhere to go but here )

(Not about anyone on pc)

More triggering lyrics playing on the music machine.

I must not speak

Still looking for some “answers” except there probably aren’t any... or at least I keep being reminded what a “.... person” I am who can’t tolerate meds and who is allergic to furry critters, this makes fuzzy bear a “bad person” who “brings others down”

They do blame us for not being able to take meds, or for them not working, in this forest.

So how to “function” or how to ...........

I’m sorry about all the “negativity”

I’m sure I’ll “snap out of it” soon..

How do I “cope” with having NPD “relatives”

Aside from eating them...

May the NPD relatives ... find contentment far away from you.

Breaking away from my unhealthy relatives has helped me a lot.

It is not a total solution but at least they cannot continue to bully me now. (much) I have better control now my boundary has been set with no contact.

If only there was a new cave in the forest for you and papa bear to hide in Fuzzy....
