Hi there,
I have tried watching videos about bullying..I am still affected about getting bullied in High School years ago..I can't go anywhere ,where people would stop bullying me..I have tried therapy,watching videos on youtube...Nothing helps to get rid of the pain that I am going through.. |

 I'm sorry. Bullying certainly sucks. Perhaps you need to try a different therapist? I think there are also some good books on the subject.

I was bullied every single day at school in every school I went to so I know how deep bullying scars run

I wished that the bullying would stop..I wished that there would be a place where the bullying would cease..I live in an a development where there are people all the time that I would have to deal with..I feel that I am the only one in my development that is being bullied..

I’m so sorry. Narcissists and bullies are everywhere. It’s disheartening the way many people behave. Don’t give up though. Take it one step at a time. ❤️
