i..... I cry for no reason sometimes too. For me, I think it is a way for my body to release it's stress. I've learned to let it happen. I cry, I feel better sometimes and move on. Or, I cry and come here to chat, post, or call a friend. I know how you feel about nothing gets better. I don't have any answers - all I can say is that you are not alone. Coming to this site and reading helps me. I hope it helps you too.
You are not alone.
Peace

This is such a stereotypically male trait but I wish I could cry like that. I think I'd feel better. But I can't. Everytime I get close I suddenly get sort of distant.

Ah well. The grass is always greener when it's watered.

Crying like that is part of this disease, this horrible affliction. Hold on to hope, and treasure the good times, even if they aren't as good as you'd like them to be. Someone once told me "nothing is as bad as it seems, and nothing is as good as it seems". I don't agree completely, but there is a lot of truth to that.

I understand crying for no reason all too well - I probably do this 3 to 4 times a day. Gentle hugs and soothing thoughts to you!
