I am feeling very depressed and fearful about the world out there..
I hope I can eat healthy and move around every day...to keep my
mental health ...and I will keep a supply of valium on hand....
but I am an old guy and retired...I just want some good friends..

I believe great value exists in knowing and admitting to oneself what one truly likes and wants. This is not easy, though. We all seem constantly exposed to others telling us what we should like and want. Those messages affect us, and it becomes difficult to discern our natural wants from the implanted or grafted ones.

I try to eat healthy

I love alcohol, coffee, Valium

I hate anti depressants

I don’t walk around or dance enough, I hopefully am working on this,

I want to start speaking out...not to argue..
people will find all kinds of problems with this..
they will even see me as a bad person...

thank you rohag and the AS IS bus...
I am a human being....we all need to speak out ..
and protect each other from the really insecure
people out there that want to feel superior...
and those that want to dominate...

the celexa is hurting me....it numbs me down...
I don't cry very much...and any sex thoughts are down...
I am old so I don't think so much about sex...
but I want to think about sex...and I want to cry..
there is much to cry about...I don't want to shut me down..
the celexa has to go...I no longer want to be a zombie..
i want to be in touch with the real suffering we are dealing with...

And all those words starting with “in” or “im” that some .. superior........ ?... people use.

And the “you are” statements they like .. plus something negative and shaming.

Sure “we all” use those words in some situations,

I can’t help thinking of some abusive professionals who kept treating me with a lack of respect that EVERY human or bear deserves. And I have found few if any who give the time needed to speak
