One of my abuser's has died. I did my grieving some years ago when I faced their loss.
Now family members have decided that this is my loss and can't understand why I can only feel upset that they are upset and in pain. |

a major meltdown this week for me....relationship problems...
with 4 different people...the biggest problem was confessing to my wife... I am sorry that I caused my wife and kids so much trouble... I learned bad habits from my parents...I made a big mistake marrying anyone....I made a big mistake having kids....now after 64 years of marriage I am finally figuring things out...I don't have much time left... I did not hurt my family on purpose...it just happened because I was just who I am....I just should survive on having good friends... marriage and kids was a big mistake for me and them... I don't hurt people on purpose...I am a kind person but ffffffup.. I am kind and sensitive...I am still kind of a child...that's the way I was raised.. I am a wounded animal..and now I feel better knowing why why why...more at peace with reality...the real world...not a chemical imbalance... |

psychiatry is big business and I hate that...
