Little turtle,I am sorry. Just remember life itself is beautiful, although the people around you may be themselves ugly. You've lived for more than eighty years, you were a doctor... you've lived a better life than most of us here... even if it wasn't the case all the time every day.

I am loving the AS IS bus. I am still recovering from the trauma caused by a forum I used to post on when I was in 8th grade. They called me an "attention *****" and what not and psychologically abused me and played mind games with me and hacked me... just because I was showing symptoms of mental illness. They loved to call that "retardation."

there is such misunderstanding about depression and anxiety...
ignorance about causes and lack of empathy for those that suffer... I feel so sorry for us....but we will understand more...there is some hope.. |

my brain was really screwed up yesterday...
I need to face what I have been doing since thanksgiving... I have been eating a lot of fat and salt and sugar...too much add on to that more coffee and wine...too much.. but it felt good... what has helped me through this is walking every day like before.. I really am addicted to sugar...I am a sugar baby... and my brain has suffered... |
