love to you all on the AS IS bus...
I am taking a look at myself...know thyself thing.. I am 87 years old...I am a survivor... I have a mental illness---mood disorder of some kind.. I am not very strong....I am very sensitive...I am not very brave... I am fearful about life...I have a very strong BULLSHI- detector... I am not happy...I am sad...I am kind...I care about other persons... I have survived 64 years of marriage to a very strong woman... and I like my valium and coffee and alcohol... so I am now here on the AS IS BUS...and I am trying not to fix anything.. I just want to enjoy life a little more until I die...and I don't believe in heaven...and I am lonely since my good friend died and another friend left town...more confessions coming later.. |

My sympathies to you Little Turtle for your loss.
 I see you as strong for surviving and carrying on whilst dealing MI. Your wisdom and experience counts a lot. Thank you for making this thread where we can all share and care.

I am finding it very hard to----------
1---continue 12 hour fast each day... 2---every day walking outside... 3---getting off this celexa... if I don't do these things I will slip backwards... |
