thanks mountain stream....I needed your love and hugs today....
I am having a major meltdown today....I took valium 5 mg twice...and I raised my
celexa back to 5 mg today...I have been trying to get off celexa slowly but
I am not sure it is going to work...I am a nervous wreck...

I am saying hello to my mental illness again...it is always in the background...
I still always am thinking about my friends...

I think my prozac 20mg is causing me restlessness. So I stopped prozac from today. Hope I don't sink into the depths of depression again. I am very scared.

Well I took lamictal 100mg after dinner and started feeling restless again. So it may not be prozac but lamictal which is causing the restlessness. Soooo confusing. Don't know what to do...
