Got a very bad allergy - rashes, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, itchy throat and skin. Finding it difficult to breath and sneezing quite a lot. Anti-histamins are not working as they ought to. I am taking nasal spray and inhaler too. They are helping only a little. It seems as if I am going to die...

Hi everyone I haven't been on the bus cause I've been sick with pneumonia. I've missed not riding the bus with you . Can I still get on? My germs are gone.

something has come into my mind....
I may need to own my inner snake...not fight it... it is there...I may have to own everything about me good and bad...maybe that will help free me up... just to be honest with myself about everything... every last little piece of junk/ssss/guilt/hurt/anger/sorrow/????? what do you all think about this idea...I don't know about this... I am not sure this is a good idea.. |

Hmmm...
I believe repression and depressive apathy make it highly unlikely I will ever be able to discover and "own" everything inside myself. Further, I'm not at all certain uncovering everything would naturally lead to conquering all. It is more likely I will have to be content with nurturing a personal psychic environment relatively unfriendly to my "demons" and relatively nurturing to my "angels." All my opinions are subject to amendment...
