Hi folks! I'm brand new to this forum, so forgive me if I make any missteps.
I had a question for you: I've read time and time again that an established *routine* is important in helping alleviate symptoms of depression. For me, right now in particular, I have no routine. Life is chaotic (due to my own personal lack of organization and routine). Do you have a routine that you find is helpful? If so, what is it? Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice! |

Hello. Welcome to PC. I start my day with positive affirmations, meditation and a healthy smoothie for breakfast and then try to follow a plan that I create the day or night before.
Best wishes on creating a routine that works for you. ![]() |
