Thanks little turtle for naming this bus
 I’m hopeful that, over time, more people will join this bus.. which is basically about accepting each other AS IS... so long as we are respectful of each other... everyone is precious and valuable. Any thoughtful and supportive posts are welcome, and especially pictures of bears  I’m not sure where this journey will lead us, but I’m hopeful

I'm depressed and anxious. Sometimes one dominates; sometimes the other.

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.

I think I shall momentarily hop off the crazy train and on to the As Is bus.
It reminds me of being on the psychward. A place where none of the fellow patients were judging. We just shared our stories, empathized and supported. Sometimes the people who struggle the most, are also the kindest. Hello new friends. Nice to meet you. Thanks for saving me a seat.

I think its stocked with weighted blankets, stuffies, glow sticks and other comforting/fun odds and ends.
Nobody tells you to be happy. Nobody tries to fix you. We all accept each other as we are and where we are in our journey. A safe place. |
