Oh man :( sigh :(

I just typed out a post in social chat but deleted it.

I’m too mindful of others sensitivities. There was NOTHING wrong with my post. It could even have been somewhat interesting to some

And admittedly I don’t enjoy sharing from my heart and receiving one line or a lecture in reply... not that I usually receive this.,but it has happened a few times. And yes I feel shut down.

But I’m “too sensitive”

And all those people who tried to shut me down... not only did those therapists/“professionals” miss out on my process, and my kindness and empathy, but others do as well.



Yes everyone does die in the end. This is why I find life intolerable.

Fuzzy I;'d of read it if you'd posted it, I'm not always capable of putting together a long response though so if I leave one liner replies please don't take that to heart

((((((( whispershadow ))))))) I’m not always capable of writing long responses either... I understand.. occasionally one liner responses aren’t optimal for me, but not from anyone on my friends list as far as I know. It’s the content that is important, for example if someone simply wrote “ok” to my post from the heart.... it may not be particularly helpful. A former friend just said “ok” to something I said. I don’t know what she meant but since she didn’t elaborate I didn’t find it particularly warm or useful. (Not anyone here)

PS and fwiw I didn’t react at all. She hasn’t heard from me again but I haven’t blocked her or anything............

PS I wasn’t clear when I said “one liners” - sometimes I can’t say much. Content is important. Hugs are always welcome.
