Do other people’s posts, or even their titles of their posts, sometimes ruin your mood?

I wouldn't say "ruin" necessarily, but most definitely can have an impact.

So can a lot of bad news, sad country songs, the human condition, etc.

I have to be extra careful how much I allow myself exposure to a lot of things.

I also have to monitor when I'm down and try to not be a downer to others too.

It ain't easy living with MH Conditions.

I'm sure it can, to some. But it also helps a lot of people. And besides, this forum is the Depression forum, so you kinda know what you'll get. And there are also the trigger icons. So I wouldn't worry too much about it

Ruin? No. On rare occasions the tone of a post may vaguely bother me, but context and acquaintance are important in those cases.

I don’t think the trigger icon covers the titles.. but that is one of the things in this world. I personally don’t mentlon things like

Possible trigger:

.. in titles but that’s just me. I’m sure everyone or almost everyone can post something that may trigger someone, all anyone can do is try their best while trying to also gain something from posting. Even if their only motive is to help others. In which case they are a “better” bear than I am. I don’t “only” post to help others.
