I feel this sadness. I just want to scream. This constant pull and need to cry. Why though? I don’t know. But I want to kick and scream and cry.

I think the end of summer is a time when a lot of people ,inc me, get more depressed esp in the Uk. Today was lovely but soon the clocks go forward , the days get shorter and we are into cold, damp cloudy grey weather. Life is so complex these days that there always seems to be something to get depressed about so feeling sad, i think, is the new norm. Try and plan things to look forward to and things to cheer yourself up. Even just watching something funny or silly can change your mood

So sorry that you're feeling sad. Any idea of why? Perhaps it's a depressive episode you're having
