It has felt to me for a long time that some (irl) expect me to “get over” being fuzzy bear.

And also that even “righteous” anger is wrong.....

That it is never ok for me to be irritated, pissed or angry....

So how “should” I get over being fuzzy bear .........

ETA my paws meant to type

How do I get over being fuzzy bear and being pissed about............

AS IS Fuzzybear, they are lucky to have you. Allow yourself to be and feel..

We all need to be able to express how we are really feeling, this where we went wrong to start with.

Are we really depressed? Or are we suffering a normal emotion to the abuse we have endured?

My goes out to you and all those who are suffering right now.

Hey Fuzzy,

My take on these things is that the people whose best approach it is to tell to 'get over it' and that righteous anger, justified anger is wrong, really aren't looking at it properly.

And telling you - or anybody- to get over it is just plain rude, especially if it's taken a lot of forethought and courage to open up in the first place - it's hurtful Fuzzy, not good.

It may take some practise but you're completely in your rights to stand your ground to these people Fuzzy - if that's what you'd like to do.

A Fuzzybear never needs to get over herself and stop being goodhearted. I'm real sorry life in the human world is so rough Fuzzy, yes, the peace of the forest is better. I struggle in the world too. It's like being surrounded by enemies half the time. But that's my own issue.

I wish I had a more complete answer...

Sending peace and love back to you (((Fuzzybear)))
