sometimes i just need a little time... and even solitude, believe it or not... to sort it out...

Yes, it's ok to take special time just for you. Do something nice for yourself, go for a walk, listen to some music, whatever helps to get that balance. Just make sure you are not shutting yourself off from everyone completely, which I have to admit I do from time to time. ![]() ![]()

alone time can be so healing I find..specially when everyone around is being extremely loud and I just want peace....
oh well, they will be in bed soon (long sigh) had a busy day.... hope you find peace soon (((nowheretorun))))) Jin xx |

Solitude can be good in moderation. I like some time to think things through and see where I am headed. Sometimes it is nice to hear the silence.
