Does your situation permit you going to a doctor with all your symptoms? It would be optimal to rule out other causes.

If the flu-like symptoms seem to get worse, I would recommend going to a doctor. If it seems that you can manage with some physical self-care (keeping warm, lots of fluids, healthy foods and/or vitamins and supplements, etc.), then you may be fine with that. The moods may or may not be connected, but consulting your pdoc is a good idea. Hope you feel better soon!

((((detour1)))) I'm sorry you're struggling. The only way to know is through a proper diagnosis. Contact your Pdoc and see how it goes. I hope you feel better soon! Take care
