OK what are you doing this weekend? I'm baking and we're already eating christmas pastry
I also organised my kitchen cupboards- it was such a mess I couldn't find anything! Now I'm finally relaxing a little. I got my new keyboard yesterday and I'm gonna practise now. I wonder if I can learn my first song

I've been wrapping up the last of the christmas presents (and had both furbabies try to "help" - which translates in one case to "pounce on the wrapping paper and try and "kill" the wrapping paper mousie , in the other case it translates to "sit in the middle of the wrapping paper looking cute so meowmy can't move the wrapping paper"

Tomorrow I'm volunteer dog walking

That's lovely!!! My cat loves paper, too! I'm sure your presents are wrapped beautifully now

How often do you volunteer dog walking? Do you always take the same doggie or do you swap them?

I go once a week and swap them around, depends which dogs need walking when I get there

My two girls love "killing" the paper, haha

I say to them I'm sure the paper mouse or mat mouse or whatever mouse is dead by now

Yes, I'm sure they enjoy killing paper mice They are such playful creatures, that's so fascinating about them
Do you have a favourite dog? Are the large ones harder to handle?

The larger dogs can be harder to handle, depends on the training

Some of the retired racers are harder to handle than others, the ones that never learned how to behave cause all they knew was being in kennels and being made to race

I'm fretting though cause Tigger's been coughing a bit and my brain's off on a "what if Tigger's got asthma and the vet misses it and before the end of the year Tigger goes the same way Ebony went" thing

Rational part of me knows that Tigger coughing up a hairball does not mean asthma (which is what it was - a hairball) but three's off on a "Tigger's caught asthma off of Ebony even though Ebony's not here any more" thing

Tigger won't die from a hairball ................. right? Or am I fooling myself and the hairball will make her catch asthma and the vet don't find it until it's too late

Not sure about the hairball. You might try searching online, something like: "Can a cat die from a hairball?" And see what you can find.

So she could maybe catch asthma from a hairball?

I switched my visitor messages off cause that will stop her from catching asthma from a hairball. I hope.

Whisper, I'm absolutely sure she can't catch asthma from that! Hairballs are very normal and natural for cats. They get them from cleaning themselves. I've got a longhair kitty and he has hairballs all the time. When it happened the first time I took him to the vet and he said it was absolutely OK and recommended a "paste" I should give him. But I don't even give him the paste anymore and he cleans his stomach the natural way.
Your visitor messages have absolutely nothing to do with your cat catching asthma. Even if asthma was contagious, which it isn't. My roommate in the dorm had asthma, I lived with her for 4 years and guess what- none of my roommates caught it from her!

I'm worried about you. Do you have someone you can talk to in person? A friend, family, coworker... It would be great if you could spend some time with other people... who would distract you.

I care about you whisper!

There's nobody in real life I can trust.

Dog walking was fun One new dog was very difficult to walk, I had to loop the lead round his chest to stop him from pulling me over in the road bless him, he never walked on a lead before so he had no idea how he was expected to behave

Don't listen to three!
It's so nice of you to take those dogs outside! I'm sure they're grateful to you.
