I am depressed today. And I am exhausted. I had a doctor's appointment this morning and I managed to clean the litter box. I think I will go to bed early tonight. Tomorrow I want to rest.

Hi Desiree, You seem to me to be a person that don't give up easy. That talent will benefit you in the exercises I want to present to you. I found a very good video a Youtube for you. I use the same exercises. The theory goes so: It is impossible to feel anxiety when relaxed. It is impossible to feel relaxed when tense. These are two opposites that cannot co-exist. These exercises will probably not work at first. I cannot promise you when they will work, but the point is that it will take you about two months to be able to use them at once the anxiety starts. The exercises have to be done every day (at least in these two months). If you skip one day, just continue the next day as if nothing has happened. When you do the exercises: 1) FEEL THE TENSION and try to remember that feeling. 2) FEEL THE RELAXATION and try to remember the feeling. As you continues to do progress, you will be able to recognize when your muscles are tense and since you know how they feel when you are relaxed, you will be able to switch from the tense situation in your body to a relaxed situation. Remember that tension and relaxation cannot exist at the same time. This does not mean that you always will be able to stop anxiety, but that you will be able to do it often or at least decrease the intensity. Link to the exercises: YouTube Link to the scientific explanation for these exercises at the bottom of the article: Progressive muscle relaxation - Wikipedia I wish so much that this will work for you! |

After the hike yesterday I was so tired that I went to bed immediately. I was complete exhausted ... It took me more then two hours to be able to climb out of bed again, make my dinner and then rest in a chair. I remembered my prayers, but had no energy to go to church. Today (Friday) I will only relax, may be I will go for a slow walk if I feel for it. I will remember my prayers and perhaps look at some religious programs at Internet (it is Good Friday). I will relax with a good book as well. Send good wishes and hopes your way. |

I have tried to relax, sat in the sun, read a book, prayed and watched TV, both religious and crime. I still feel tired, but a bit better. Tomorrow I will try to take things as they come. I need to buy some groceries. I will go to Midnight Mass and then drive to some family for sleep during the night and to share good food at Easter Sunday! HAPPY EASTER! (when it becomes Sunday). |

I cleaned the litter box and ordered groceries. I also cleaned my kitchen counters. I feel better. I have a new cat to keep me busy. I rescued her . A family had abandoned her. She's so cute. Today I will work on letting my cats get familiar with one another. At the moment they are separated. I will also clean more litter boxes.

I didn't make it to the pharmacy. I ran out of energy. I'll go on Monday. Today I've been cleaning litter boxes. I think that's become a full time job. Later I will do some work in my bedroom and get that straightened up a bit. Then I'll rest and enjoy the rest of the day. Hope everyone is doing well and has a wonderful holiday!

I wrote this at the third of April. I doesn't work, so I don't have to wait five weeks to evaluate it. I feel a mix of sadness, hopelessness, irritation and anger! . There are some of my family members that I have unsolved conflicts with and that feels terrible. I have tried to solve these conflicts, but the same answers pups out of them that cannot listen: "You ALWAYS say so and so, are so and so ..." The "ALWAYS" stands in the way to be able to put the problem the righth way and then to seek a solution. It is impossible to say something intelligent when the only thing that meets me it is "ALWAYS" so and so. I almost feel an urge to go far, far away ....... The best solution I can see is to come back to the plan I have quoted and try to make it more appropriate and up o date. My hope is that if I am able to get in better physical shape, I will have more energy to do my own things and don't feel like a "weakling" in the eyes of some in my family! So my new plan goes like this (I will try to make it as realistic as possible): Monday: Gymnastics right after breakfast. Then work in the home 3/4 hour, rest and 3/4 hour more work Tuesday: Hiking in the mountains with friends Wednesday: Am probably tiered after the hike the day before. Will rest until lunch. After Lunch walk in the neighborhood. No other plans for the day Thursday: Gymnastics in a group . After that work in the home for one or two hours Friday:Walk in the neighborhood. After that work in the home for one to two hours Saturday: Masage 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, until the whole body has had it's masage. Each day after lunch I will do Autogenic Training while I use self-hypnosis about being mindful during the day. Evaluation once a week. (I need you friends )! I send you good thoughts! PS. Tomorow I wil have to do some shopping, so the plan has to wait intil the day after tomorrow. |

I want to lose weight. I will exercise and diet. I also want to clean my apartment. I want to remain positive. I was feeling bad. I was very psychotic and not doing well. I am feeling better now. I think the shots are working. I feel more stable. I want to continue receiving shots because I keep forgetting my medication.
