I accomplished making prayer beads and doing some inner work with the Byron Katie course. The beads are beautiful! I’m pleased. It rained all day so no floating. Tomorrow plans:

1. Water aerobics
2. Errands
3. Clean 2 rooms
4. Sell books
5. Inner work with Byron Katie

I hope everyone has a peaceful Wednesday.

I wasn't able to do anything on my list. The heat became too much for me. I feel sad ... The weather is better today. I know I need to take care of myself one way or other to not sink into depression. I think I will start with going through my notes (all the good advices I have written down during the years), may be Autogenic Training after that and take it from there.

Be well all!

I ordered groceries today. I also did work with my art and cleaned litter boxes. I wanted to do more housework but the day got away from me. Tonight I will rest and try to go to bed early. Hope everyone has a good day today!

Today I relaxed and enjoyed some quiet time doing inner work. That means I’ll need to double up tomorrow. My prayer beads turned out lovely. I’m pleased. I have done one thing today besides straightening the house.

I made a short ASMR video for my loved ones for times of stress. There was a crepe myrtyle in the background with pot of flowers with the sights and sounds of soothing rain and thunder and lightening. It turned out well.

I will enjoy the remainder of the night of the night and plan tomorrow.

Warm wishes to all for a peaceful Thursday.

Today has been nice. I spent a lot of time programming this morning. It was fun. I have a php app that I use for multiple purposes and it had stopped working. So I just got it going again. I also washed dishes, cleaned litter boxes and picked up around the house. Later I plan to work on my art and finish a class on blogging. Hope all of you are well today!

I have relaxed again today. I’ve not even done any inner work. I think I will work on my vision board and do my monthly review for July and my hopes for August.

My plans for tomorrow:

1. Float if not raining
2. Run errands
3. Finish the kitchen
4. Continue my Byron Katie course
5. Attend water aerobics

Warm wishes to all.

I repeated depression-knowledge notes before I went to bed yesterday. I did jump out of bed when I woke up, had my breakfast, had to go to bed again - but put the alarm on 15 minutes and went out of bed again. Feeling so tired I understood that I was not able to go on in "quick mode". So I am reading about depression and daily structure. That slowly motivates me because 'daily structure' is the one topic I believe most in with regard to depression recovery together with healthy food, physical activity and something meaningful to do alone or with others. The heat some days ago took me down and it seem to be so that I cannot just jump back to my routines, but have to do it one step at a time.

My plan is to take it slow and use every break I take to repeat about how helpful routines are to depression.

See you all later. Be well!

Having a tough morning. Just moving really slow. I slept late. Today I hope to take out the trash, clean litter boxes and finish a class on blogging. I think that's all I can handle. If I have time, I will work on art. Warm wishes to everyone!

I managed to take out the trash, clean all the litter boxes, take care of myself and do a little around the house. I feel pretty good about that. Now I will relax. Oh! I think I will reward myself. I'm going to get some watercolor pens. A set of 98. That will keep me busy for a while.

I have done the dishes (left dirty cookware for tomorrow), had my shower and filled my pillbox. I will eat before I go to bed.

My plans for tomorrow:

- Sleep as long as I need.
- Remember to not selfblame because I am not able to do what I want to do
- Remember to keep the thoughts that routines are good for depression "warm"
- Breakfast
- Wash the dirty cookware
- Hygiene
- Visit my sick relative
- Grocery shop
- Relax and enjoy the evening

Best wishes for each one of you!

It is interesting to read about how you approach your depression depending on what’s happening for you that day. I am impressed. Kudos.

I am keeping my living area clean and organized and doing a lot of inner work with many breakthroughs but not much else. I will have to go back to what my life coach insisted on: only 1-3 tasks per day and baby steps. Today I hope to accomplish the following: finish the kitchen, run errands, review July. I’m really not motivated to do anything but I have curbside groceries that have to be picked up so I must go out.

Tomorrow’s plans:

1. Straighten the dining room
2. Go clothes shopping
3. Watch a seminar on my computer

Warm wishes for everyone to have a peaceful weekend.

Thank you so much, Jennifer! It means so much to me that I am "recognized" for what I'm doing.

Be proud of your inner works! It takes time, it takes energy and in the bottom there has to be curiosity, strength and willingness!

Not doing so well today. I'm sleeping a lot. I just want to keep sleeping. I don't want to do my art. I will make myself clean litter boxes today. I will also try to clean my kitchen table. Hope all of you are well today!

I finished deep cleaning the kitchen (I had the table left to do) just now and it looks so good that it has motivated me to continue on. I will aim for the dining room and the bathrooms.

My art supplies are here now. I'm very nervous about opening the boxes and setting stuff up. I had a busy day. I just want to relax now but part of me is excited to paint. I want someone to talk to but I have no one. I think I will just go to bed early. I'm starting to get depressed. Tomorrow I have to take the trash out. And I have to order groceries. I'm not looking forward to it. I'm dreading tomorrow. Too much stuff to do. Maybe I can make the best of it. Hope everyone is well.
