I saw this idea in a new gratitude notebook and thought I'd share in case others enjoy it...

Be grateful with all 5 senses

Something great I touched today was a soft sofa blanket

Today I tasted a delicious cup of fresh coffee

A memorable sound I heard today was happy birds chirping for spring

The best thing I smelled today was the fresh air of spring

The most beautiful thing I saw today was images of a large whale swimming freely in the ocean

Isn't that a lovely way to think about gratitude?

That is a really great idea. Let me see:

Something I touched: a nice hot mug of coffee.
Something I smelled: Calming Sleep aromatherapy.
Something I heard: peaceful rain and thunder sounds on my computer.
Something I tasted: lovely cashews.
Something I saw: cherry blossoms in my game.

Something great I touched today was a fresh flower.

Today I tasted a delicious cup of ginger and lemon tea.

A memorable sound I heard today was children's laughter outside.

The best thing I smelled today was the natural scent of a floral show.

The most beautiful thing I saw today was a post from a PC member who is finding new acceptance for their Self.

The most beautiful experience I had today was coincidence, two times.

One, if I had not forgotten I ordered a now-proven, much better edition of a book I also ordered from Amazon, I would've discarded the package at doorstep.

Two, if one of my friends did not stop me from going away, I'd have not gotten the chance to talk with my one-sided significant other.
