“Not good enough” those words are so toxic, so wrong. Where do they come from? It’s abhorrent to me when the mental “services” imply or even say that a human being is “not good enough”. Shame on the “professionals” for their cruelty and disrespect.

Sure I’m not as “successful” as many of them are. I don’t try and “succeed” to put others down like they do. i don’t cut people off who come to me for “care” yes I do “blame” them for their callousness, disrespect and lack of care.

Please don’t bite me for being honest.

(Not about anyone on pc)

You are the best....

We cope brilliantly we everything we have to cope with, with our health...

I can remember years ago, a friend, who was very healthy but had a virus and attack of anxiety temporarily, saying to me.... "I don't know how you manage to live like that."

It takes a lot of effort and people don't understand.

You're not stupid, Fuzzybear. And you are always "good enough", by simply being yourself. I'm so sorry you were treated this badly, you didn't deserve it at all. You're a good bear. Keep roaring, and don't care about what others say! You're wonderful! We all love you here, please remember that. Feel free to PM me anytime. Sending many hugs to you

Only people who are truly not good enough tell actual people they are not good enough.

Honestly Fuzzy,
For a very long time it seemed you were not opening up yourself at all. If anyone faults you for doing so now that you are - that's on them, not you.

Counselors and psychiatrists and etc can be very judgemental and toxic without even realizing it. Sometimes they realize it and do it anyway trying to get some sort of reaction out of you - and sometimes, like you said, they are just totally callous or don't care.

The point is - regardless of what anyone says to you - I have seen you grow and mature during your healing process. You always have had a beautiful heart and the more you mature, the more beautiful it becomes. Please never feel ashamed for being you. You are such a loving and strong and beautiful personality, I thank God I met you. I am sure others do too. And those that don't - even if they are counselors - can just go fly a kite. Obviously they are different than you and that's ok, but it's not ok for them to say or do things to upset you. So when they do - just quit talking to them (yes even your counselor) until they ask why you quit talking, then tell them. If they don't accept any responsibility for their actions or try to find a way to say things in a less hurtful way - then end that relationship. If it is your counselor, request a new one and say as your reason bc you feel you will not be able to get any better with this counselor because you and the counselor do not communicate well to each other.

*hugs*
