(Hope this is the correct section, please move if not.)

Hello there... I just wanted to make this post for whomever it may concern and (hopefully) help, as someone who struggles a considerable amount with self-doubt and overthinking, and all those fun things!

I just wanted to say that if you are like me in any way, just always try to remind yourself, that things are not always as bad as you may play them out in your head. 99% of the time when I sit there going over something in my head, imagining it, playing it all out, it is always far worse than what it actually ends up being.

So the next time you're worried about or afraid of doing something you want, sure, it doesn't hurt to think about it all and play it out as best you can beforehand - just as long as you don't let that be the deciding factor as how it will be, and just remember that it won't be as bad as you are imagining it, 9 times out of 10...

Now I know this isn't always the case for every single person 100% of the time - like I said I'm just speaking from my own experience, and trying to offer any help and consolation I can, for anybody who may be the same or similar way.

You got this! Don't let your pre-assessments or play-throughs in your head, worry, or decide, for YOU!
Hugs from:
Discombobulated, Yaowen
