Home alone

The world generaly doesn't understand depression and phobias.
I live with social anxiety and depression and a lot of unresolved self issues, my life is a mess. But it makes me sad that the world doesn't approve of people like me, the world just keeps asking for more while my inner self wants to preserve herself and just hide and forget the world exist.
I am not prepared for the world, but the world is also not prepared to empathize and help someone like me.

I am home alone (alone being the word) and I just don't know how to take care of myself and of my time. Ironically other people are the only thing that gives meaning to my life. I feel so lost, such a missed sense of self. I tried some music to chear me up, but I only can feel sad, empty and lost. I have to study and work on some projects but I feel so abandoned.

I think you described well the reason a lot of us are here on PC.
