I’ve been thinking... and talking to a couple of friends.
I wonder if sometimes physical pain occurs and persists, when we try to deny the pain of being mistreated or scared or both

 this is the truth  We cannot escape  The PAIN   If we deny it  It will make us suffer Headaches Nausea Joints and muscles ETC. Somewhere to hide  From The PAIN  One day we will sleep

Thank you for your pure heart and wisdom.... sometimes not easy to find in these days (rain3) If we deny that pain it makes us suffer and suffer (rain3) If we keep lying to ourselves that our emotional pain is “nothing” or makes us (insert negative label) we suffer... I am inclined to agree with those who say that if it involves brain chemistry, whatever "it" may be, then it involves body chemistry.

The pain includes fatigue and exhaustion..
My hip is very painful My head turns into cottonwool... Thinking of all of the members in any pain today
