I was “taught”

I “should” not speak

I “should” not even gently protest unfair and cruel treatment

I “should” tolerate being kicked around and treated like garbage by people with no soul

My inner snake wants me to delete. She is getting “stronger”

Any ideas as to what might weaken that inner snake?
What might "intolerance" toward shabby treatment look like?

My friend you have us. We will listen and we like you when you talk...

This discussion board would not be the same without you... Even your silence talks.

Should - a verb used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness, typically when criticizing someone's actions.

There is no obligation or duty
No need to correct you
Snakes love to criticize us... Grrrrrrrrr

There is no love when should is used.

Acceptance is love. Acceptance = AS IS

Much love to all

I'm so sorry you're going through all of this, Fuzzybear Don't listen to your inner snake! Keep fighting! You're stronger than him. You have every right to speak up as much as you want. You don't have to stay silent. Feel free to vent here as much as you want. We'll listen to what you have to say and won't judge you. We all care about you. We all love you here. I'm so sorry, I know it's hard. Please don't give up. I hope things will get better soon for you. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this
