My inner snake tells me I “should” be blamed for my mental health issues....

The doctors in this forest have told me there is little they can do...

It’s not dark yet
But it’s getting there

(Please only reply if you have something kind to say... )

I don’t “fit the criteria” for DBT... not that I’ve even asked for it as I know what the response would be

I don’t fit the “criteria” of being a “worthy person”........

I do not “hate doctors” - little turtle, for one, is loving and has much integrity..

May there come a day when those (including me) in this forest with severe anxiety, depression, cptsd are not simply labelled as “neurotic” (or worse ) and put into some sort of bin....

Since I can’t take meds (and yes I’ve tried many and had the same scary severe reaction to all of them.. except benzos)

Words are all I have

“Inadequate” though they are

I wish to “do no harm”

But it’s possible that I “fail”

Bad sad mad “horrible” paws

Amen. ((((((( )))))))

Not being able to tolerate antidepressant medications might be a blessing in disguise.

I'm glad you have words, but I wish you had access to something non-pharmaceutical (perhaps something no one has yet considered) that would help.

I wish there were a way to undo everything the parental units did and didn't do.

Meds do not cure
They are the ultimate muzzle to silence us.....

My professionals today treat me like I don't matter
Do not delete is the message
Stay here and suffer the pain
Not worthy of any treatment

Thank you for being here Fuzzy and all those who genuinely care for others here

This is what I have found from the professionals in this forest too..

Stay and suffer the pain, don’t delete..

But no treatment, not worthy (rain)

What is there to “like” about being treated like that (rain)

Are we supposed to lie and say these people (irl) are caring? (Head scratch) (rain)

Maybe sharing on here helps us not to “delete”

(Rain) (Heart)

Venting to release
Professionals start to gossip to each other
The pain remains
We stay and suffer
Deletion not complete
Existing but no life
Cruel to humans IRL

I am tired....
Not even worthy of sleep...

some professionals do gossip, I also have found this

We are... apparently... not worthy of respect ... a basic human right

We are apparently not worthy of good rest

Much love to you Thirty shades and all suffering tonight

Today I had another lesson in being unworthy....
A lesson that a good rest is beyond my reach...

Much love to you Fuzzy and all those who suffer
