I have not been to Psych Central for over a year...condensed...staying one step ahead of depression...working too much...drinking way too much...pills to tamp down the crap inside...pills to sleep...spring is just around the corner...sunny...winter on the way out...but chains attached to my body...pulling me down....Im so sick of depression....anxiety....knowing the only time it will be gone is when Im gone........
