i found myself very very low the other night and came across a text service called "CALM" (campaign against living miserably).
it took me a while to get a response but when i did i found it very helpful, i would as far as to say , they saved my life that night.
the person i spoke to was caring and helpful. he/she talked me down and gave me advise ( never took any of the advise but it was giving)/

and im wondering if any other people here have used this service. (think its a uk only service)
