I'm down again. Had a Med change and it doesn't seem to work again. I know my doc not being a psyh doc, will be an issue. She won't know what to do!!!! Oh and I'm mega tired. This doesn't help while going to head school!!!! Many ideas?? I see my t tomorrow.

I just don't want to study, or do any self care. I'm worried that the voices will win!!

Hope your appointment with your doc went well & that your mood, as well as your energy, are looking up.

Hi, Puzzclar.

I have little to no confidence in my ability to offer advice to you.
In my experience, prioritizing "sleep hygiene" is of great importance in comparable times.

I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, puzzlcar Would it be possible to change your Pdoc? Perhaps there are other people that may be able to help you with this. I'm so sorry you're going through all of this! It's not easy when our own Pdoc is not able to help us! They should know better! I hope you'll be able to get the help you need and deserve! Does your therapist help a little bit? Perhaps you can talk to him/her about this and see how it goes from there. Maybe that could help. Perhaps he/she may be able to give you some advice or even help you to change your Pdoc. I'm glad you're feeling a little bit better at least! I'm so, SO sorry you're gong through all of this! I'm so sorry you have to deal with all of this, puzzclar! Please don't give up hope! Keep fighting as much as you can! You're a strong, wonderful person! Keep fighting! I'm sure you'll be able to get through all of this! You don't deserve to go through all of this at all! You don't deserve to suffer at all! Nobody deserves to suffer at all, certainly not you! Keep fighting! Remember that you're awesome and strong! Remember that you're a warrior!

My doc is just an M.D., I'm working on getting a pdoc. I am a warrior! Thanks!

I see my t on Tuesday, I just hope I can get a diagnosis from him and to see a pdoc soon! I did 14,000 steps yesterday. I'm working on losing weight. There is so much going on. I don't need this mental anguish. But I have to accept it!

Any chance of reducing/delegating/eliminating some or any of that "so much?"

Not really.... I have orchestra that I'm not practicing for, I'm practicing recovery from addiction, and going to meetings not as many as I would like but I don't have the energy. I have self care and grad school. Oh and work. It's a full plate. I'm afraid if I was up on something that I would do something stupid.
