I’ve been married to Papa bear for more than 12 years. He says I’m kind, smart, thoughtful, creative, empathic to others and have a good sense of humour.
But family and some others have said and shown me repeatedly that they do not respect me or care. They have called me names, ugly, stupid, useless, repeatedly. Including parental units. Maybe papa bear is wrong.... Maybe I am the terrible person the Narcisists in my life have always painted me as

I offer an opinion.
Papa Bear is not wrong about you.  But, Papa Bear is Papa Bear. He has his own history and experience, including his close experience of you. The others have their own histories, their own psychologies and psychological urges. They will "paint" you, perceive you in accordance with those internal urges.  The factual weight of Papa Bear's perceptions is far greater than that of the others. I fear this Quote:

If Papa Bear says it, it must be so. If your FOO look unkindly upon you, it’s their problem. They are ill. People who love you choose to look upon you favorably. The fact that you emerged from that toxic environment and are all those good things shows how resilient you are.

I’m too “weak” to fight the Narcissists any more..
They stone me and I’m no longer willing to put up with being their whipping ***** There are too many cruel people in this world Papa bear enjoys the tv. It drives me (more) insane. I’m not “good enough” for him. He must not know how much I wish I could delete myself

You are good enough and you are not a piece of crap. Honestly, my husband likes the TV too, but then, I like to be online. We are kind of unhealthy that way - and yet it works bc we are always around one another.
You cannot allow the negativity into your mind though. Please disconnect yourself from these people if at all possible...
