Please remember that you deserve MUCH, MUCH more from life than your abusers have made you believe! PLEASE ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT!  Please DO NOT listen to your inner snake! That's the Depression talking and none of thos awful, horrible things that have been said to you are true! NONE OF THEM! YOU KNOW THAT!  Is there anything we can do help you to make you feel a little bit better? ANYTHING AT ALL!
