I feel okay today. Yesterday I started a new depression treatment and it looks hopeful.
I woke up at 11 am which is quite early for me.
Repaired my bike and met a friend.
Visited the cafe that I used to work.
Had small talk with co-workers.
Had dinner.
Taken shower.
Read a book ( only 2 pages )

Today's Antidepressants:

Modiwake 100 Mg
Efexor 300mg
Aripa 15mg
Olanzapin 5 mg
Lithuril (lithium) 900 mg

I will try to update this post every day
Thanks for this!

Today is just like any other day.
I woke up at 3 pm.
Had a quick breakfast.
Smoked cigarette.
Tried to focus on my translation works and blogging but I can't write anything.
I don't want to.
I am planning to visit my cousin this evening.
I need to translate a short story into Turkish.
I need to translate a website into English but I still have time.
I need to write a blog post about new depression treatment methods but I can't read anything. If I can't read, I can't write.

Today's antidepressants:

Modiwake 100 Mg
Efexor 300mg
Aripa 15mg
Olanzapin 5 mg
Lithuril (lithium) 900 mg

I use this website as my journal as well and I find it helps. So I'd figure out it will help you too!
