On another recent post I listed my “official” diagnoses..

“Severe depression” is another but more (relatively) recent

Having endured ongoing severe depression for so long ... and I do try to make “progress” ... is one of the reasons I have a lot of empathy for others who are suffering (whether or not I “like” them or more specifically their “behaviours” )... those who know me long term know i had plenty of empathy before the depression became more severe (and at the same time I became allergic to the meds which had helped before and to all meds I’ve tried except for benzos)

I tried to give up the wine with my salmon... but I’ve found its one of the few things which helps me stay (relatively) sane

Yay

Labels are not overly helpful....

What ever we can do to help ourselves without causing further harm
Has to be good...
Wine and Valium are helpful to me...

Meds
The side effects trigger me, I thought I was allergic but I have come to accept that my body doesn't agree with being poisoned for no reason. They fail to work and make me worse.

Wine actually has health benefits if taken in proper amounts.

It's one of those "uh huh .. yea right .. you just like it" sounding healthy things like chocolate - but its true.

Here is info on wine:

First - you need to know this:
Benefits of Natural Wine vs. Dangers of Conventional Wine | The Whole Journey

Next .. here are some of the benefits of wine (without the poisons added):
13 Surprising Health Benefits of Wine - Natural Food Series

5 Benefits of Drinking White Wine | Weekly Toast

Red, White Or Rose. Which Wine Should You Be Drinking And Why? - Health Ambition

Keep in mind though - over doing it, like anything else, negates the advantages and instead turns into disadvantages.

Anyway - thought I would give you info so you could stop beating yourself up. ❤
