Interesting. I have had experiences with something like this. Some days I will feel great and the next day I will feel bad. I try not to look into it too far. Right now I am taking Effexor XR at a dose of 150 mg/day and I am having these periods of "brief depression". Somedays I will feel alright and the next day I will feel depressed. I am going to talk to my doctor about this and see what she says.

On the days that I feel alright I feel alright I am not manic as in bipolar disorder. I am just less depressed.

It seems to be a matter of finding the right combination of meds. It seems we're all different physiologically. Let us know how it's going?
