I was reading a few of my older posts from earlier this year. I was appalled how I (or part of me) had taken in the disparaging, condescending, demeaning attitudes of abusers towards me.
I am not my disorder and I’m none of the cruel pejorative terms abusers including “family” have used against me  Thank you to all who help make this place the mostly safe place that it is
